2. Using Growme
You must provide accurate registration information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful restaurant and business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Restaurant content
You retain ownership of restaurant names, menus, images, translations, and other content you submit. You grant Growme the permissions needed to host, process, display, and transform that content to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, bypass security controls, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or infringing content, scrape protected areas, or use Growme to distribute malicious code or unsolicited messages.
5. AI-assisted features
AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication or business use. You remain responsible for menu details, pricing, allergens, translations, and decisions made using generated recommendations.
6. Plans, billing, and changes
Paid features, usage allowances, renewal terms, and applicable fees are presented when a plan is selected. We may improve or modify features while working to preserve the core value of active subscriptions.
7. Availability and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended for security concerns, non-payment, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms.
